Boston Properties, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend

BOSTON, MA, March 22, 1999 -- The Board of Directors of Boston Properties, Inc. (NYSE:BXP) today declared a dividend of $0.425 per share of common stock for the period January 1, 1999 to March 31, 1999, payable on April 28, 1999 to shareholders of record on March 31, 1999.

The Board also declared a dividend of $0.64795 per share of Series A Convertible Redeemable Preferred Stock. The dividend is payable on May 17, 1999 to shareholders of record as of March 31, 1999.
