Julie G. Richardson
Ms. Richardson has more than 35 years of capital markets, investment management and financial services experience, as well as extensive public company directorship experience.
Ms. Richardson currently serves as a director on the board of directors of several public and private companies, including UBS Group AG, Datadog, Inc., Fivetran Inc. and Coalition, Inc. From April 2003 to November 2012, Ms. Richardson was Partner, Managing Director and head of the New York Office at Providence Equity Partners L.L.C., a global asset management firm, and Senior Advisor from November 2012 to October 2014. Ms. Richardson has held various positions at Merrill Lynch & Co. from 1986 to 1998, including Managing Director for Media and Communications Investment Banking and she was the Head of the Telecommunications, Media and Technology group and Vice Chairman of the Investment Banking division at JP Morgan Chase & Co. from 1998 to 2003.
In addition, Ms. Richardson previously served as director on the board of directors of Yext, Inc., from May 2015 to February 2025; Arconic, Inc. from November 2016 to February 2018; The Hartford Financial Group from January 2014 to April 2020; and VEREIT, Inc. from April 2015 to November 2021.
Ms. Richardson has significant experience as chair of board committees, including as the current chair of the compensation committee of UBS Group AG and the audit committee of Datadog, Inc. and past chair of the compensation committee of VEREIT, Inc. and the audit committee of The Hartford Financial Group.
Ms. Richardson received a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
