Boston Properties to Release Fourth Quarter 2004 Financial Results on January 25, 2005

(NYSE: BXP), a real estate investment trust, announced today that it will release financial results for the Fourth Quarter 2004 on Tuesday, January 25, 2005 after the close of the day's trading on the New York Stock Exchange. The Company will host a conference call and audio web cast, both open to the general public, at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on Wednesday, January 26, 2005 to discuss the financial results of the Fourth Quarter and provide a Company update.
