Boston Properties to Release Fourth Quarter 2006 Financial Results on January 30, 2007

(NYSE: BXP), a real estate investment trust, announced today that it will release financial results for the Fourth Quarter 2006 on Tuesday, January 30, 2007 after the close of the day's trading on the New York Stock Exchange. The Company will host a conference call and audio web cast, both open to the general public, at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on Wednesday, January 31, 2007 to discuss the financial results of the Fourth Quarter and provide a Company update.
